Our premium option is for businesses that are looking for a complete transformation. This is the ideal solution for hotels and serviced apartments that want to craft a new image and attract high-end guests.
The Premium Package includes:
- Initial site visit by Interior Designer (1 x 8 hour day, including travel, additional travel requirements, to be priced seperately)
- Follow up visit to present concepts (1 x 8 hour day, including travel, additional travel requirements, to be priced seperately)
- Two Interior Design options provided based on 3 room types
- Computer Render Images (concept & indicative images) of selected option- elevations (not floor plans, if needed would need to be priced separately)
- Provide finishes schedule for property owner to implement
- Details will include pricing and supplier details for property owner to implement
- Please note that no architectural dimensioned floorplans or joinery
- Drawings will be provided. No trade based pricing will be provided.
Optional Premium Add-Ons
- Floorplan with dimensions indicating furniture placement to rooms (based on 3 room types) $5,750 + GST
- Please note: Room types allowed for in fees as noted– additional room types to be priced separately
- Exterior Paint Scheme, Room numbers, External furniture $6,600+ GST
- Please note: If travel involves flights and overnight stay – additional costs will apply
